No. Other than the subscription amount shown before checkout, Armex does not add hidden setup fees, hidden maintenance fees, or hidden add-on charges. If taxes apply, they are disclosed before you confirm payment.

No. Requests intercepted and blocked by Armex are not billed and do not count toward your Access check limit.

Yes. We offer a 30-day unconditional refund window for the first successful paid subscription charge on a new customer account, including the first paid charge following an eligible free trial. Charges after that initial 30-day window are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Armex in writing.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew for the next period unless a different refund arrangement is confirmed in writing.

If a free trial is offered, the trial length and the first paid billing date are shown during checkout. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan automatically at the rate shown before payment.

Yes. Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the billing interval shown at checkout until you cancel. If pricing changes, the updated pricing should be communicated in advance before it applies to future renewals.
